4. Cancellation and refund policy

No show and delays
- Arrivals: we wait up to 2 hours from the moment the flight lands
- Departures: 10 minutes of tolerance, with a $10 charge after that
- If there is no contact within 25 minutes, it is treated as a no show
- In both cases there is no right to a refund
Changes are subject to availability and must be notified in advance.
